Will there be way to manage switches through the fortimanager?

FMG 5.4.2 will have a new FSW Central Management module that will allow to manage FortiSwitches linked to managed FortiGates.

Is it possible to manage each Fortiswitch on Fortimanager without FortiGate/Fortilink?

Hi,

FortiSwitch Central Management will be only via FortiGate/FortiLink (i.e. FMG will communicate only with the managed FGT).

Furthermore the feature has been rescheduled and is now planned for FMG 5.6.0 (probably Q1/17)
