 I am looking for a difference between Forti Mail vs Office 365 ATP

I know Office 365 lacks Antispam unless intergrated with EOP and Fortimail offers better Antispam options 

What else can be differentiated ?

Have you ever checked the Email Security Service Report 2020 Q1 of SE Labs? (https://selabs.uk/reports/email-security-services-protection/) I think, in the report you can find some interesting point which differentiate these two products.
