FTP Working for some users while other it's not Working

Hi,

I have a 200F deployed and am having challenges on the FTP. I have around 60 users who consume FTP services however some of the user are not able to share files while others are able to share. Has anyone encountered such? How did you solve?

Hi Mark,

Trust all is well.
1. Check the logs and confirm if both working and not working systems are using the same policy.
2. please compare/share the output of the below - while replicating the issue

Putty 1: diag sniffer packet any ' host <ftp server ip> and host <working pc ip> 4 0 l
Putty 1: diag sniffer packet any ' host <ftp server ip> and host <not-working pc ip> 4 0 l
