No, there is no loss of functionality and the performance is not negatively impacted when you enable AI-Mode. The tool enhances the detection engine capabilities, improving the overall detection rates. Our internal testing has shown an improvement in detection accuracy - catching more malware with reduction in false positive matches, which has also been the echoed by the customers that have opted to utilize the AI-Mode.
NOTE: Development has been making improvements to this new analysis engine, so it is recommended to be on the latest GA code release before enabling AI-Mode.
