Download fortios 6.0.8

Hi,
i have problem with fortigate 60D.
dhcp server work about one month and after, it doesn't work.
the second problem is (when dhcp has a problem) if i try to do a soft reboot (http or ssh cli) it doesn't work too.
fortios is 6.0.7 patch 3 and i woul try fortios 6.0.8 but mt support ended in october 2019 and it is impossible for me to download this version of fortios...
i understand the need to have a valid support but in my case it is not to have more functionality but resolving a bug.
anyone could help me ?
