Dears,

Is Anyone having issues with Cisco Switches Directly connected to Fortigate Interfaces.
Packets are not received on Fortigate ?
If you directly perform ping from the cisco switch to the fortigate interfaces directly connected to, the packet is not received on fortigate. While other traffic through the interfaces works normally.

Please share output for a command on the Cisco switch
show interface gig x/x/x

Second, Try to restart firewall once. I noticed the same issue two to three times that ARP learning was failed due to some issue but after restart the firewall, the same issue was fixed.
