Cannot find place where to inform false listed mail server?

Our mail server is on blacklist, before I could find (years ago) form that I can fill and 

get my mail through.. Can you help me out on this?

We have just reworked the FortiGuard site, and I don't see this there any longer either.  Please drop me a mail with the details and I will investigate for you whilst I get the reporting side resolved as well.
