Hi David,

I haven’t seen an NFR come in for Azure Pack support. In theory, the VHDs we make available in public Azure should work in Azure Pack, but there has been no testing.

Hi David,

Jason’s correct – our Azure VHD’s should work with Azure Pack.

We had some initial discussions with Microsoft late last year re Azure Pack, however they encouraged us to look at Azure Stack as a go-forward re integration. The message re Azure Pack was our VMs nested in a Powershell for deployment would work well.

And just as an FYI - I am currently attending Microsoft’s Cloud and Hosting Summit and Azure Stack has been a significant point of interest across the conference. It looks like Microsoft is gearing up for launch with Stack and they have confirmed that our Azure Marketplace offerings will automatically be available on Stack upon release.
