ARP Poisoning

Hi,

I need some infortmation on how to prevent the network I am working in from ARP poisoning.

How can we enable the DAI feature of IDS?

We use FortiManager that manages FortiGate3950.

Hi,

Looking at the documentation, it seems that DAI is supported in the FortiSwitch and ARP poisoning prevention is supported in FortiOS in WiFi setup (e.g. the FortiGate is been used as WiFi controller). Does any of these options match your network environment?

Hi Andreas,

Not really. We don't have the FortiGate unit to operate as WiFi controller.

I will inform my manager that there is no support for DAI for our situation.
