Troubleshooting Tip: How to assign devices to sub accounts on FortiGate Cloud when the password/cloud key does not work (Using OU environment)

Description	This article describes how to assign and move the devices from the main OU to dummies accounts created over the branch in FortiGate Cloud.
Scope	FortiGate Cloud.
Solution	In some cases when the device is already registered, is up, and is running over FortiGate Cloud but needs to be assigned over a dummy account: the password may not work during the dummy account assignment attempt. Follow the steps below to move the device over to the dummy account and manage it from there. Verify that the FortiGate is over the correct OU and registered over the main OU and/or account (not on the dummy one). Additionally, make sure the Central Management is enabled on the FortiGate (register with the main account - do not try to register with the dummy). For instructions, see Technical Tip: Changes in ‘Central Management‘ option. To assign the FortiGate to a dummy account, select the FortiGate from the list: After selecting it, select 'Transfer FortiGate' and a portal will be shown. To select the dummy account, select the option 'to' and choose the dummy account. After that, fill in the options based on the criteria of the behavior expected with this move. Lastly, select OK. With that, the device will be moved to the dummy account.
