This article describes how to disable ticket notifications for a Master account.

Solution
- Login as Master Account and select 'Manager User'.

- Under Current Users, select the name.

- Select 'Edit'.

- Uncheck 'Notify the master account of tickets updates'.

- Select 'Save'.
