| Solution |
1) Go to https://support.fortinet.com/ and log in with the registered email.
2) Select Support -> FortiCare -> Manage Active Tickets -> select the ticket with status 'PendCloseConf'.
3) Scroll to the bottom of the page, the Close Ticket option will be visible.
Note: The close Ticket section will only be visible when the ticket status is PendCloseConf.
4) Once confirmed all the problems have been solved, proceed to select 'Close Ticket'. The ticket status will then be changed to Closed.
