Description This article describes how to rate Fortinet Technical Support Engineer Service.
Scope Review the quality of Technical Support received during the process of identification, workaround, troubleshooting, and appropriate conclusion of this ticket.
Solution
  1. To rate Technical Support Engineer Service from the All Tickets option.

  • Select 'All Tickets' under Ticket.

  • Find the ticket and select the ticket number.

  • On the top right side of the screen select 'Rate Our Service'.

  • Complete Survey.

  1. To rate Technical Support Engineer Service from Ticket Survey Option.

    Go to https://support.fortinet.com.
    Select Support -> Ticket Survey.

    Select the Ticket to rate.

  2. To rate Technical Support Engineer Service from Mail link.

    After an update from the engineer or when the ticket is closed, a link will appear near the bottom of the email to provide feedback. Clicking the link, as shown in the screenshot below, will redirect to the Fortinet Support site, where login is required to submit feedback.

    A support Ticket portal will be opened. Select 'Rate Our Service'.

  3. Alternatively, it is possible to select this link to go straight to the Ticket Survey option and then, type the Ticket Number.
