Description This article describe the steps to determine if a device is eligible for elite service.
Scope FortiCloud, Elite Service.
Solution

To accommodate varying device and environment requirements, Fortinet offers three distinct per-device support options: FortiCare Essential, FortiCare Premium, and FortiCare Elite. 
Organizations can purchase varying service levels for various devices according to their needs.

After logging into the FortiCloud portal, enter the device serial number (e.g. FGTXXXXXXXXXXXXX) under Asset Management -> Products -> Product List.
If 'Elite Service' is displayed under the entitlement list, the device is therefore eligible for elite service. Otherwise, the device does not qualify for elite service.

Only users that have Elite Service entitlement are entitled to the extension coverage of Long-Term Service Support as listed in https://support.fortinet.com/support/#/lifecycle:
