Technical Tip: How to Determine if A Device is Entitled for Elite Service

Description	This article describe the steps to determine if a device is eligible for elite service.
Scope	FortiCloud, Elite Service.
Solution	To accommodate varying device and environment requirements, Fortinet offers three distinct per-device support options: FortiCare Essential, FortiCare Premium, and FortiCare Elite.  Organizations can purchase varying service levels for various devices according to their needs. If 'Elite Service' is displayed under the entitlement list, the device is therefore eligible for elite service. Otherwise, the device does not qualify for elite service.
