Technical Tip: Cannot download firmware image from Support Portal

Description	This article describes how to resolve an issue where manual firmware downloads from https://support.fortinet.com/support/#/downloads/firmware are not working. Nothing happens when selecting 'HTTPS' to download.
Scope	FortiCloud.
Solution	This issue happens when pop-ups are blocked by the web browser. To resolve the issue, allow pop-up windows. The example below is showing how to allow pop-up windows on Firefox. Go to Settings and search for pop-up, make sure the 'Block pop-up windows' is unchecked. After allowing pop-up windows, firmware downloads work.  In some scenarios, the following message is displayed: 'You do not currently have an active support contract for this product.'   This is expected if there is no active support coverage for selected products.
