Description

An unauthorized sender is not able to reply to a support ticket by email.

 

This article describes how to add a new registered email for creating a support ticket or reply support ticket by email.

Scope  
Solution

1) Go to https://support.fortinet.com/ and login with the registered email

2) Select the 'hidden part', on the red square stroke then select 'My Account'.

3) Select 'Manage User', then select 'Add New User'.

4) It is possible to add a new account here and select permissions.
