Solution |
1) Go to https://support.fortinet.com/ and login with the registered email 2) Select the 'hidden part', on the red square stroke then select 'My Account'.
3) Select 'Manage User', then select 'Add New User'.
4) It is possible to add a new account here and select permissions.
