Description This article describes how to update the 'Contacts' in the FortiCloud Portal.
Scope To facilitate the retrieval of FortiToken, change security devices or passwords if needed.
Solution

FortiCloud users will encounter the error below when attempting to access the 'Lost FortiToken' option in the FortiCloud Portal if the 'Mobile Number' has not been updated under 'Contacts'.

Fortinet recommends updating the Mobile number to facilitate the retrieval of FortiToken and changing security devices or passwords if needed.

 

Steps to update the Mobile number under 'Contacts':

  1. Log in as ORG ADMIN to https://support.fortinet.com/welcome/#/

  1. Select 'Security Credentials'

  1. Select 'Contacts', enter the Mobile Number, and select 'ADD NUMBER'.
