Description	This article describes how to log in to the FortiCloud support portal as an Email User.
Scope	To help users log in to the FortiCloud support portal using the email address.
Solution	Visit www.support.fortinet.com  or www.forticloud.com. Enter the FortiCloud user email address and password, and select 'LOG IN AS EMAIL USER'. Fortinet requires all accounts to be enabled for two-factor authentication. If the user account is enabled for two-factor authentication, the next page will prompt the user to enter a security code 'Input Security Code' received by the user via the two-factor authentication method chosen. Select GO. If multiple accounts are associated with the email address entered, select the right account to proceed. Under Asset Management, Select Dashboard to continue using the FortiCloud portal.
