Description	This article outlines the compatibility of FortiToken Mobile licenses with new HA FortiGates that use Logic/Virtual Serial Numbers.
Scope	All new HA FortiGate SKUs: FGXXXHA
Solution	All FortiToken Mobile licenses created or shipped ON or AFTER August 4, 2025, are fully compatible with the new HA FortiGates. These licenses must be activated using the device’s Virtual Serial Number (VSN).  FortiToken Mobile licenses purchased BEFORE August 4, 2025, are not compatible with the new HA FortiGates and cannot be registered or transferred to devices using the Logic/Virtual Serial Number (e.g., FGXXXXHAXXXXXXXX).
