ZTNA access to VMware

Hi Guys,

 

I am looking to setup access to our on-premise Vcenter and VMware ESXi hosts via ZTNA.

 

I am looking to see if any of you have done this and what config you did to get it working on the FortiGate and the FortiEMS.

 

We are using FortEMS Cloud.

I've found EMS to be flaky at times. 7.0.3 seems to be pretty stable though. The integration between FAZ/EMS/FGT/FAC can be a bit overwhelming due to the number of knobs you need to turn to get it all working. I agree that being patient and opening a ticket with TAC is normally the best choice but I've been doing this long enough to admit that "I can fix this" sometimes clouds my better judgement.

    Hi @dincha2 ,

     

    I raised a ticket with TAC but all they did was point me to setting up ZTNA destinations etc. which I have multiple working but VMware is a different beast.
