Zoom issues while udp_flood is turned on but works fine if it is off

Sorry but I’m new to the Fortigate world so I’m looking for advice or direction.  We seem to have intermittent issues with Zoom while UDP_flood is enabled.  When the option is disabled everything seems to be fine.  Is there a way to create a policy that would pertain to only Zoom connections and just disable those? Or is there a better way to handle Zoom traffic?
