wwan LTE interfaces can't get ip alias 0.0.0.0 and often hangs, on fortigate 40F 3G4G

Has anyone here ever experienced the same case? and in the event log a log appears like this

You are most probably hitting known issue 691729. The symptoms are matching and the fix is available from 6.2.10.
