WLAN Cannot print

Are you able to ping the printer's IP from the same wifi device?

Do you have any AV/security enabled on your Wifi device?

Thank you very much for your reply.

The wifi is via the FortiAP which are managed by the Fortinet unit. We are also having slowness issues while access our file server or transferring file to our file server  which located on our lan.

If the printer is reachable from the client, I would ask you to check if there is Antivirus installed on the PC or Windows Firewall enabled?

To isolate the issue, disable them and see if that works

Thank you very much for your update. There's no windows firewall or antivirus blocking the ports. After using the wireless with fortiap our file server access becoming very slow.
