Windows Native VPN and NAT problem

Hello. I have created VPN IPSec connection with IPSec Wizard - Windows native (IP RANGE 192.168.100.100-200. Connection is okay, but I can't reach some LAN IP's. I have found that there is a problem with NAT (I think). When I run sniffer command I see there is IP of gateway of Windows Client. There should be internal IP assigned (192.168.100.100). How to fix this?

update. There was a problem with policy. Everything works fine.
