Windows 8.1 says FortiClient is not active, please active

Hello there.

 

We use FortiClient 5.4 on Windows 8.1 and once per day, some of our Users becomes the Message, that Windows says "FortiClient is not activated, please active..."

 

Can anyone help us? Thanks, Rolf
