Hello there,

We've been having some issues with clients using Forticlient after upgrading to Windows 11.

FortiClient is on last version 7.0.2.0090

Client stops at 80 % showing a "Server may be unreachable" -14.

Logs show everything fine and stops after cheking policys succesfully.

3954:root]File does not exist: /migadmin/FortiClientSslvpnClearCacheUrl/for/WininetLibrary/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/0/a/b/c/d/e/f/g/h/i/j/k/l/m/n/o/p/q/r/s/t.

[3954:root]http_state.c,ap_read_request,480, error=-1, sconn=0x41c76800.

[3954:root]SSL state:warning close notify (79.156.226.13)

[3954:root]Destroy sconn 0x41c76800, connSize=0.

Tried changing accepting SSL-TLS versions on Internet Options and nothing..

Any clue? Maybe a rollback to specific Windows Update?

Thanks in advance,

Hi Adanoc,

Can you login via a web browser?

This seems like a problem with the installation of FortiClient, have you tried to reinstall the FortiClient itself?

Regards,

Jakub

Good morning Jangelis,

Thanks for replying.

We tried with different versions of the FortiClient and the error still appears. We tried also W11 client, and VPN won't come up... Our FortiGate firmware is kinda outdated (4.0.X) so before going more deep into the issue we will perform an upgrade on the firmware and start again from there.

Regards.
