Windows 11 ARM 64bit 7.4.3.1790 - Javascript error occurred

Hi, ive been using this Installer since release and it has been working fine until recently.  Now when trying to open the application im presented with the "A JavaScript error occurred in the main process", followed by "cannot read property TraceLog of null".  I know this has been reported a number of times with previous versions and I've tried the C++ suggestions but nothing is working, any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello,
After several rounds of testing, I found the problematic program.

I performed a complete reinstall of the computer (Windows 25H2, updates, driver installation) and then installed FortiClient VPN.

I tested it, and everything works.

I created a Windows restore point before installing other programs.

Then, I installed the Chrome browser and Office 365.

I created another restore point.

Next, I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader, and it was after installing Adobe that the FortiClient problem reappeared.

I restored my computer to a point before the Adobe installation, and everything works again.

That's what I've observed. Please try this approach and post your results on this forum.

Regards

Hi

Wat was the last change(s) before the issue?

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem on several computers. The problem started after Windows updates.

Try check what was the update that impacted your FCT (NIC driver, some library, ...) then check if you can rollback this update.

No. To get it working again, I completely reinstalled the computer.

I tried uninstalling Adobe, but that didn't work.
