Windows 10 build 14942 + FortiClient 5.4.1

Heads up,

After installing build 14942 of Windows 10 Insider preview my SSL/HTTPS broke down.

Disabling FortiClient 5.4.1 restores the connectivity.

I have narrowed it down to the Web Filter module.

Disabling the web filter makes it work again.

Also you need to disable "Malicious web sites" on the Antivirus module, if you have that enabled.
