Windows 10 App Auto-Reconnect Option

I previously used the FortiClient traditional Windows program to auth, and it had the option "Always Up".  How can this be achieved using the Windows 10 app version?  I was able to find the ?ice=1 parameter to satisfy that piece.  Perhaps there's another parameter I've not found?
