Win10 v1909 64bit & FortiClientVPNSetup_6.2.6.0951_x64.exe

When I connect to our FortiNet 1500D from outside the network to download the FortiClient (FortiClientVPNSetup_6.2.6.0951_x64.exe), and then run it as an administrator, I immediately get this error (see attached pic) that "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."

Is there a known compatibility with Win10 64bit v1909 and this FortiClient version?
