WiFi and MacBook Pro connecting issue

Howdy all, I have a FortiWifi set up as both the guest Wifi and an internal wireless access point. I have 2 Mac users. One can see both WAPs fine, can connect and it works seamlessly. The other, running the same chipset, version, etc cannot connect. The 2nd Mac will connect to other wireless, iPhone Hotspot,etc, but not the Fortinet WiFi. Any one else seen similar issues.

    Nope have you try tried to create the BSSID profile manually, by selecting join another network and selected the ssid, securitytype and psk ? Maybe some old profile is cache in your network profiles.
