Why is there no AntiSpam addon for Outlook clients?

Why is there no AntiSpam addon for Microsoft Outlook clients to report spam emails to Fortinet for owners of FortiMail? I see popular antivirus vendors as having one and to me this would be a no-brainer for FortiMail to contain one as well.
