Why are sessions logging?

On my 60e, I turned off logging on the ipv4 policy, and even UTM, but under fortiview, sessions, all sessions still shows the activity. How do I prevent sessions from logging? I created this separate ipv4 policty to keep certain people from being logged. Any thoughts?
