Whitelisting an Emailserver

Hello,

 

we have Fortimail 6.2.4.

We have enabled SPF. Sometimes we get forwarded mails from an mailserver that doesn't do SRS.

Our Fortimail naturally discards these emails with SPF-Failure.

I talk to the administrator of the forward-mailserver to activate SRS. I just wait for an answer.

What else can I do?

Is it possible to whitelist only this forward-mailserver and how?

    Hi,

    For example, you could define an IP policy for that server, with another antispam profile if you need it, but taking care of enabling the option "Take precedence over recipient based policy match" at the end of the menu.

    Thanks, it works. I had already created an IP policy before, but did not enable the option "Take precedence...". That makes the difference.
