which VPN should configure between L2 and L3 Link ?

HI,

we have L2 and L3 link between 2 sites (private IP) and we configure SD-WAN between both site. i am wondering which VPN should i configure ? i saw IPsec VPN has more flavours and there is not much detail. can anyone please suggest

Between Fortigate gateways the IPsec VPN is the pretty much the only VPN you can have, with GRE/VXLAN encapsulations as its variants may be.
