Whatsapp web is allow with Download File but file still not downloading

we have the policy to block social media and collaboration as well. so I have added whatsapp web and File download in exemption but files are not downloading where I can chat. I am using flow-based policy with certificate_inspection I tried with Deep_inspection and I have added *.whatsapp.net & *.whatsapp.com in  "Exempt from SSL Inspection" under address but no use.

Hi Team,

Could you please create a static url in the concerned web filter profile and exempt it as shown in the attached image.

Hi Akbar,

 

If you have tried all the above and if it still dint work, you can check the forward logs for the respective traffic(source IP) for any UTM denied logs. If it is available, please check which URL is getting blocked and add it to the exempt list in web filter.
