Whatsapp very slow [Using DMZ]

Hi,

Currently we have to setting up ssid-smartphone and the rule of ip address using DMZ from fortigate 200d

Why the mobile phone the whatsapp app chat always delay not automaticly sending the chat, and why cannot reach when phone call.

Please give us advise and how to we do checking repaired for resolved this problem.

Can you provide a network diagram, source and destination IPs, along with packet trace capturing the issue?
