Whats ideal setup for Broadcasting YouTube Live

Somewhat of a newbie to networking and proper firewall setup with FirtiGate.

We do a lot of broadcasting/streaming to YouTube Live and I want to make sure I have the fastest connection through the firewall and any other filtering that is turned on. What's the best setup for this broadcasting TO the web. I have a FortiGate 60E.
