What the meaning" binding source interface address error."

This message appear when I try to send a ping options with other public ip. Any idea? Why I can' t use? I have many public ip!

    hello and welcome, exec ping-options source <IP> is to check using your FTG´ s interfaces IP, not any IP. regards, A.
