What is wqt.root in Forti AP.

Have two SSIDs RFSCORP & RFSGUEST, networks 192.168.8.0/24 & 192.168.9.0/24.

One of the client device (Manis-IPhone) showing connected to "wqt.root" with unknown IP 10.253.240.2 as shown in the attached image.

How this device got this IP?  Any answers?
