    The most common reason is someone is trying to use your MTA as open relay. It means one external person or bot is trying to send an email to an “external” entity using your mail gateway, while only your legitimate email server has the right to do that.

    this happens  when after legitimate external senders heve been sent to our/internal then followed by succesfull delivery this error message sent to himsel/sender
