Anyone know could advise what is the process name in system resource for Feature Device Detection. For example, process name netscan is use for device-identification-active-scan, what about Device Detection (device-identification).

Are you looking to find a PID (Process ID) or want to run a debug for that process?
"diagnose sys top" should give you the process ID and "diagnose debug application src-vis -1" can be used to debug the process.
To see information related to device identification, you can use the command "diag user device list"
