WebUI Internal Error 500 When Logging in by Hostname

Hi,

I have an odd problem with my FG200Ds that are running FortiOS v5.4.5.  When we log into the WebUI specifying the hostname in the URL, we get an Internal Error 500 on the VDOM Interfaces page.  However, when we log into this same firewall using the management IP, it works fine.  As in...

https://myfirewall-01.mycompany.com:8080  <-- Internal Error 500

https://192.168.10.10:8080  <-- Works fine

I have verified in DNS and with ping that myfirewall-01.mycompany.com resolves to 192.168.10.10 fine.  Additionally, the same problem happens with IE or Chrome.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
