Hi i was trying to access a website called amestudiouae.com but it's getting blocked by fortigate 50E. When the user tries to access the webpage it's saying "You have have been tried to access a webpage which is in violation of your Internet usage policy." Category Unrated

So i created a new web rating override and added the website to Business category and allowed the custom rule in Web Filtering Profile.

Now when then user tries to access it shows " You have have been tried to access a webpage which is in violation of your Internet usage policy." Category Newly Observed Domain

Both Unrated and custom categories are separate from each other.  If you added a site to the local custom ratings then in the web filter profile, you need to define the rule for that custom (local) category does.

The Unrated category is a sort of catch-all for any site that doesn't have a ratings and/or in an event the fgt lost or can not access the Fortiguard service (or the Fortiguard webfilter subscription has expired).

You can set different actions for both of the above categories independently by using different web filter profile.
