webfiltering custom report - user by category

I am new to reporting with the fortigate's but have a client asking for a report on what users are being blocked by web filtering category.  For instance, what I have in mind is a report for the Adult/Mature Content Category where it lists the website that was blocked and the user it was blocked for.  I expect this report could end up fairly lengthy if repeated blocks occur but that is what I am being asked to provide.  Can anyone help me with a script to do this?
