Web Filtering on my Fortigate changed

Hi 

Recently there were numerous sites that were getting blocked by Web filtering on my fortigate. Were there any recent changes on the Fortiguard Databases that might have caused this? 

One example was that Youtube stopped working, I then checked and saw that High Bandwidth Application category was changed to block causing Youtube to stop working
