Web filter stops working, while enabling other options in IPV4 Policy.

Sweating.

I am having an unusual problem with my 90D fortigate. By including an IPV4 Policy, I can not enable other options along with web filter. If I enable the anti-spam filter for example, the web filter stops working, and I can open pages that should be blocked.

Has anyone ever experienced this?
