Web Filter Profile not blocking any Websites

Hi

I have an installation on a 60F on v6.4. which uses the same port for ingress and egress, with a requirement for web filtering. Initially the traffic wasn't hitting the firewall policy, however I now have the web traffic hitting the firewall policy (after disabling 'allow-traffic-redirect'), The issue is that the web filtering profile applied to the firewall policy isn't blocking any of the websites it is configured to.  

It would appear that the firewall is applying the firewall policy to the web traffic but not any of the security profiles.  

Any ideas what the issue could be?  I know using the same ingress and egress port isn't ideal, however that is the only available network.
