Web filter in Forticlient off-net mode doesnot seem work.

Hi,

After upgrading to the latest FortiClient v5.4 for Mac last week, I found somehow it started to block the "Unrate" sites, such as internal websites when laptop is "off-net". My FortiOS is v5.2.4,build688 (GA).

When the laptop is on-net, the web filter is disabled on Forticlient and handled by Fortigate; When the laptop is off-net, the web filter is enabled on FortiClient. I did double-check the web filter profile assigned to FortiClient using Monitor for Unrate category but FortClient still block the site...

Is this a bug coming with the new version?
