Web ffilter quota

Hi, i have a issue with Youtube App, in the version 5.2.7 i used to had control over the time that the peaple could have access to youtube using the quota of the Web Filter, we had a restrict time of 1 hour,  but now when we upgrade the firmware to 5.6.3 i can´t see this option over the web filter profile.   Can anyone help me if this kind of control it´s not available anymore or it has a new nameor options  of the 5.6.3 version.   Regards
